The Blacksmith Group is an independent firm created in March 2006 to provide executive management consulting and advice, litigation support, and board of directors driven studies for energy pipeline and energy service companies. We started the firm to build on work performed by our technical subsidiary, Process Performance Improvement Consultants, in order to provide services for executive management and company counsel in all areas of pipeline design, construction, operations, maintenance, pipeline safety regulatory requirements, procedures, specifications, standards, and system integrity management for energy pipelines.
